Biography – Morris has been taking photos since age 7.
Image Description – I was thrilled when I heard the weather forecast for fog in the morning and was out looking for photo opportunities before sunrise. I found this anhinga drying its wings about 20 minutes after sunrise which created a nice soft glow in the fog. It flew off about 5 minutes after I took this photo so it must have managed to dry its wings in the damp air.
Location – Fort Myers, Florida
Photographic Gear – Camera: Nikon D200, Lens: Nikon 80-400 VR @ 400mm, Nikon SB800 + Better Beamer for fill
