Biography – Having taken up photography on a more serious level back in 2003 I have enjoyed the challenge that it brings. The way the light falls and the passion that it bring is second to none.
I’m trying to photography wildlife were I live in the UK as my friend is a well known wildlife photographer. I just hope I can take some of the same that he has.

Image Description – This image of the Female Banded Demoiselle-(Calopteryx virgo) was shot under controlled condition’s as out would have been very difficult. The insect was released after the shoot back were it came from.
Two bowens flash units with a white cloth acting as a softbox with a fake background.

Biography: Based out of Northern Wisconsin. Shell and husband Alan own a photography and framing business. A great deal of their work is of the Lake Superior region. Both have been involved with photography for many years.

Image Description – This was a very large “puff ball” which we spotted while driving through a nature preserve. I was able to get right down inside the “guts” of the thing and as the light changed so did the colors the lens was able to pick up.
